cockroach encounter #2
Jul. 10th, 2006 12:03 amI hate cockroaches! T_T .. especially when they begin to jump and fly. As if walking around quickly isn't already enough! >_<
I prepared the supper and when I opened the microwave one of those big japanese cockroaches ran away! damn I was so shocked! o_O;; ..it ran down the fridge and from there it jumped over to the oventoaster and hid itself beneath it. ;_; ... Why don't the stupid things go into the trap and walk around in the whole kitchen first? >.< Whatever.. the roach made some actions (while the noodles in the pot became softer and softer...) and finally reached the cupboard where it hid itself again behind the dishes. GAH!! We already tried to stop it with hairspray before but it wasn't very impressed by our efforts. So we set the trap (called cockroach house XD) in front of the dishes but the stupid thing didn't want to come out and go into his nice and comfortable house! I had myself equipped with the two largest kitchen knives already...just in case. xD; But anyway we panicked around liek woah because we didn't want to have that thing elsewhere except for in the trap. @_@ I managed to take out some of the dishes from the cupboard and then we positioned our two traps around the roach so that there was no way to escape. >D After some thinking it went into the house and we got our victory! YES! XD btw. there also was another one in the other trap already... >_>; I hope there aren't any more in our kitchen for now! I like rats better than those ...things. x_x [edit - here's another roach report from someone who's also in Japan. Sorry, it's in German only but it's funny! XD]
btw. did I write that the rat is dead, too?! It was captured by the glue trap last week but it didn't die.. :/ We asked Nik, our hero, for help and he killed it for us and brought it out. ^^; I think it was the only one because we didn't see any signs of rats since then.
well..enough from that. Topic change!
Germany got the third place! yay~ better than nothing after the defeat agains Italy! XDD It's because we stayed up until 6am and supported them, hehe. XD
And today was a good movie day on the WOWOW channel! We did nothing except for watching movies until now. *rofl* First Constantine, then The Crow, followed by I.Robot and Batman Begins.. but actually I didn't get much from the last one because of certain insect attacks. >__>; (btw. now is Blade 3 on TV but I had enough for one day and let Masako watch boring PoT (Tennis - Wimbledon) ^^; )
A few days ago we went to Akihbara again (you remember: our favourite district of Tokyo *lol*) and I got some nice cheap things like figures, a artbook from Kazuma Kaneko, some manga... AND flyers! ZOMG!! XDD I discovered a flyer for the Gift drama where Morita plays the leading part and of course the flyer features HIM!! w00t!!!! XDD *dances* ..and because of Sandra I have enough to tape the whole room with it. *cough* ^^;;; I also got a cool flyer which advertises the KH2 actions figures!! *_* OMG! I want them so badly!! But they are so pricey~ *cries* T__T I also would like to have the Bleach and FFX(Tidus! XD) action figures but they all cost 3000-4000yen each and there's no way to get them for less. ;0;
We also want to watch the Death Note movie! If cinemas weren't so expensive... we discovered that nobody likes the actor for Raito/Light/Kira. *rofl* Including us! T_T Maaan~ Japan is full of sexy bishounen and they chose THAT guy for the main part. TEH HELL!!! And if this weren't already bad enough we saw the PERFECT Raito in Akihabara! *___* He had exact the looking and even the haircolor of him! (the hair was just a bit too short but nothing what couldn't be fixed lol) He really would've fitted into this role, they should've taken him for the movie and not the other guy. T__T~
Ok that's enough for now. xD We need to buy some things (coke and snacks!) later or otherwise I will fall asleep in the WorldCup final. ^^;

hehe it's amusing to go to the supermarket at 1 in the night. XD ..but it's so warm and humid! *sweats* Even in the night. :/
and WOAH!!!! ..right before we went out Naoki-san came home with a plastic bag filled with icecream! O_O I don't know what happened or where he got all the ice from but he said we all can eat it together! waiii~ XDD (Maybe it's his birthday today?! o_ô?)
He's our icecream hero now! ♥ XD

PS: We call the roaches lovingly "Kaki" now. That's a shorter and cuter form from the German word "Kakerlake". *rofl*
